What started as a fun Thursday night pool party in the BBNaija house quickly turned into a drama-filled showdown. After Kola and Dede’s romantic kiss, fans believed the drama had cooled down, confidently claiming Kola was over Dede and no longer cared for her.

Kola erupted in frustration after witnessing the closeness between Dede and Koyin, feeling disrespected and convinced that Dede was making him look “stupid.” The situation escalated when Kola saw Dede and Koyin in a compromising position on the bed, prompting him to express his anger to his trusted confidant, Zita.
“Just hear me out, right? You know I tell you things, and I trust you to the core. But what the fuck is going on downstairs with you and Koyin sitting on the bed? Like, you make me look stupid,” Kola vented.
Zita tried to calm him, insisting they were just talking, but Kola was unconvinced.
Later, he added, “I don’t do that with any other person; that’s why I don’t do anything with any other person, because she’ll make it seem like I say, ‘oh, this one, this one.’ Even with Imisi, I won’t do that.”
In a revealing conversation with fellow housemate Joana, Dede explained the moment with Koyin, saying he was emotional and that the incident was a first of its kind for them as friends. “It was like a moment that we had never had before. We were just more normal… more like a boy and a girl,” Dede said.
She clarified her habits around alcohol, mentioning that she avoids drinking much because it affects her easily. “It takes me two hours to normalise,” she told Joana.
Dede recounted how Koyin, while tipsy, unexpectedly became emotional and shed tears, which she found unusual. “All the time I get tipsy, I cry. He was crying, and I was laughing. I said, Why are you crying?”
Despite Dede’s explanation, fans on X (formerly Twitter) are divided, with many speculating that she and Koyin shared a kiss and doubting her narrative.
