BIRTHDAY GOODWILL MESSAGE TO HIS EXCELLENCY, ELDER SHERIFF FRANCIS OBOREVWORI, EXECUTIVE GOVERNOR OF DELTA STATE

Today, the 19th of June, marks the 62nd birthday anniversary of a visionary leader, a compassionate statesman, and a man of the people — His Excellency, Elder Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, Executive Governor of Delta State.

On this special day, I join the good people of Delta State in celebrating a man whose leadership has brought visible transformation across the state. Your two years in office have been nothing short of impactful. The rapid pace of infrastructural development, human empowerment, and your unwavering humanitarian service is a testament to God’s divine love for our dear state and to your genuine passion for people-centered governance.

Your Excellency, let me use this medium to sincerely appreciate your selfless contributions toward the growth and unity of Delta State. As a proud son of Ijaw land, I particularly thank you for the long-overdue attention being given to our communities — especially the Ayakoromor Bridge and other milestone projects that are gradually rewriting the story of our people.

However, I wish to humbly remind Your Excellency of the Torugbene–Ojobo Road, a critical project the people of Burutu LGA have long yearned for. It remains a symbol of hope and connectivity for our people, and we are confident that under your compassionate leadership, it will soon become a reality.

You are a good man, Your Excellency. Deltans have come to know and trust you for your sincerity and commitment. May the Almighty God continue to strengthen, protect, and bless you with long life, good health, and the wisdom to lead us to greater heights.
