American YouTube sensation Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast, has married content creator and author Thea Booysen in an intimate ceremony held in the Caribbean.
The 28-year-old, who is the world’s most-subscribed YouTuber with over 500 million subscribers, announced the wedding on Instagram, where he shared a collection of photographs capturing different moments from the celebration.
The images showed the newlyweds in several outfits throughout the event, including their traditional wedding attire. Donaldson wore a tailored suit, while Booysen appeared in a long lace wedding dress before later changing into a shorter gown. The couple also posed in coordinated white casual outfits believed to have been worn during the reception.
Sharing his joy with fans, Donaldson described the occasion as the happiest day of his life.
“I found Mrs Beast and it was the best day of my life,” he wrote.
According to reports, the wedding was held on British billionaire Richard Branson’s private Necker Island in the Caribbean.
Around 70 family members and close friends attended the week-long celebration, which reportedly began on July 14. Before the couple exchanged vows, guests enjoyed activities including snorkelling and kitesurfing. The private ceremony was officiated by a family friend who is an ordained minister.
Donaldson and Booysen’s relationship began after they met during a trip to South Africa in 2022. Booysen had been invited by a mutual friend to join the YouTube star for dinner, and the pair later started dating.
The couple got engaged on Christmas Day in 2024.
